How to stand out on NextDoor

Posting on your local NextDoor groups is a great way to start building your brand in your local area. But the challenge is that many of the homeowners reading your post are likely not ready to sell and will simply skip over your post. 

Try this tactic to make your posts stand out on NextDoor, by offering some value to prospective clients irrespective of their timeline for buying or selling.

Simply carve out 5 minutes to copy and paste this post into a handful of relevant message boards on NextDoor.

Step 1. Copy & paste this info onto NextDoor

Step 2. Share Realm’s property analysis with your client

Once you have a prospective client who is engaged, you can email us at [email protected] and we'll get you and your client set up with a property analysis for their home.

1. Log into your Realm dashboard: myrealm.co/agent
2. Click the green button in the top left corner to add a new property
3. Type in the address
4. Click share
5. Click copy link
6. Send to your client
