How to help your buyers get settled in

With 65% of new homeowners planning to tackle at least one renovation after moving in, you can use Realm to ensure you maintain your relationship as a trusted resource beyond the sale. This will help you to generate more referrals from your clients down the road.

Realm’s analysis can help them to prioritize which projects they can afford and which ones have the best chance of increasing home value. Plus, it’s totally free for them to use for planning & budgeting. Help your buyers create a “post move-in” plan in 4 easy steps.

Step 1:

Log into your Dashboard at myrealm.co/agent

Step 2:

Click the “Add a New Property” and look up your client’s address

Step 3:

Click the “Share” button underneath the property. Copy and paste this message which will welcome your client to Realm once they log in:

Once you create an account, you’ll be able to explore cost & ROI for a lot of the renovations you’re considering. Let me know what you think!

Step 4:

Click “copy link”.

Open up your email or text messages and share the link with your client. By using this sharing link, we’ll be able to connect your Realm account to your client’s account. This is important so that we can send you notifications when your client logs into their Realm account, providing you with more opportunities to engage with them.

Copy & paste the text message template:

Hi guys - I know you’re already thinking about renovations for your new home. This tool makes it easy to explore cost & ROI for 40+ projects. Let me know what you think!

< Insert the link you copied here >

That’s it!

Once your client logs in, we’ll take care of the rest and will send you an email notification and keep you updated with what home remodeling projects they are interested in. You can use these notifications as a reminder to follow backup and deepen the relationship even further.
